Returns Policy
Your Right to Return
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your items for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging along with any accessories that were included.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Sale items and final sale merchandise are not eligible for return unless defective.
How to Return Your Order
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions.
Please carefully package your return to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving incorrect or defective items). Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
For international returns, please be aware that you may be responsible for any customs duties or taxes that were paid at the time of delivery.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return conditions. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return your original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at our customer service page. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Please provide photographs of the damage or defect along with your order number to expedite the process.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
